NAMI Basics: classes in the fall and spring
The NAMI Basics Education Program is a free, 6 or 7-week course for parents (or other PRIMARY caregivers) of CHILDREN and ADOLESCENTS with mental illness. Click here to learn more about the Basics course

Mental Health First Aid is an 8 hour in-person certification that trains any adult how to help people exhibiting a mental health challenge or in a crisis. Those who complete the course receive a 3-year certification.
